Bollywood Pets Calendar Contest 2012-13

It is an opportunity to promote your “PET” absolutely FREE! Your “PET” can get famous here & can win a chance to work with Bollywood celebrities.

Dust off your camera, set up the lighting and get ready for your pet to be a celebrity. It’s time for your pet to strike a pose for the 2012-13 calendar.

Selection Process:

Online applications are invited for entries. We invite you to participate in the contest by registering your “Pet” & create his/her profile for free. We suggest you to upload his photo’s & video for better response(s).

The pets namely Dogs, Cats, Rabbits, Parrots, Birds, Elephant, Camel, Cow etc. are eligible to participate. Your pet can be featured on one of the 12 pages of our Bollywood Pets Calendar 2012-13.

Winner Pets Will Receive:

1. Pet would be the exclusive Face of a Month.
2. Pet name will be mentioned on the Calendar.
3. Pet featured in the Calendar will be given Gift Voucher (Premium Membership) worth Rs. 25000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) each.
4. We will be designing, developing & promoting pets personalized sub domain website for free url: 'petname.bollywoodhunts.com' For reference you can see the following link: http://simba.bollywoodhunts.com/
5. Also, pets featured in the Calendar will get lifetime Free membership of Bollywoodhunts.com besides lot of online promotion.
6. Apart from this, we will also send a specially designed e-mailer to our database of 2,00,000 + members & non members about the 'Calendar'.

How to apply

If you are interested, kindly register your “pet” at the earliest.

Kindly submit at least four recent photographs. Photos must include at least two close ups & two full lengths. You will be notified by e mail about if your pet is shortlisted and selected.

TERMS & CONDITIONS – Bollywood Pets Calendar 2012-13 CONTEST

Participation in this contest constitutes acceptance of these terms & conditions of entry:

1. The contestant must agree to abide by all rules, as changed from time to time by the promoters.
2. Photos must be submitted by an adult 18 years or older. We reserve the right to verify proof of age.
3. Pet owner’s name, phone number and valid email address must be included with all entries.
4. Entries with incomplete or incorrect information will not be accepted.
5. Only photos of pets namely Dogs, Cats, Rabbits, Parrots, Birds, Elephant, Camel, Cow etc. that you own are eligible to win the contest and appear in Bollywood Pets Calendar 2012-13.
6. You may enter multiple times but for different pets & only one photo per entry per pet.
7. There will be no substitutions of photos; the pets appearing in the winning photo will appear in the calendar.
8. Only digital photos submitted online will be accepted.
9. The photo should be in JPEG format, no larger than 2MB in size and uploaded to the website provided.
10. Poor quality photos of either type will not be accepted.
11. Promoters reserve their rights to postpone/ stop/ cancel/ terminate make amendments to the existing Terms and Conditions of the Contest contained herein without prior notice or withdraw the Contest without giving prior notice in connection thereto and in its sole discretion.
12. No age limit. If asked the contestant is required to produce an age proof of his/her pet.
13. Entry is open to all.
14. If a prize remains unclaimed 3 months after the date of the draw, the relevant winner's entry will be deemed invalid.
15. No responsibility will be accepted for late, lost, misdirected or ineligible entries.
16. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. In the event that, for any reason whatsoever, a winner does not take an element of the prize within the timeframes stipulated, then the winner will forfeit that element of the prize and cash will not be awarded in lieu. Where applicable, winners will be asked to sign a Deed of Acknowledgment, Release and Indemnity.
17. The judge’s decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on each person who enters. Chance plays no part in determining winners. No correspondence will be entertained.
18. Winner/s will be notified by phone and/or mail. Winner/s details will also be posted at www.bollywoodhunts.com
19. All entries become the property of the promoter and their promotional partners.
20. The entries may be entered into a database for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes. Promoter reserves the right to publish photographs of winners.
21. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned including infection by computer virus, mobile phone failure, line drop-out, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter that corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the promoter [subject to any written directions given under the Law of court] reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
22. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered, including but not limited to direct or consequential loss, or personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of event trips or in connection with any other prizes. Any change in value of the prize occurring between the publishing date and the date the prize is claimed is not the responsibility of the promoter.
