TERMS & CONDITIONS – Miss Angel Foundation World Pageant

Participation in this contest constitutes acceptance of these terms & conditions of entry:

• The Candidate must provide appropriate documentation regarding her age and residency status which must be submitted in order to meet the eligibility requirements.
• The Candidate agrees that she is not under contract with any person, firm or corporation that would prevent her appearance or participation in the International competition and agrees to indemnify Angel! Events for any claim etc that may be brought against it in this regard. She understands that she must be of good moral character and health. A medical form must be completed indicating any medical problems that she may have at the relevant time and all responsibility and liability in this regard shall be solely of the Candidate.
• Candidates must conduct themselves in a proper lady-like manner and portray high moral standards. Candidates will not consume any alcoholic beverages, use illegal drugs or publicly smokes or use foul language any a time or in any way misconduct herself during the course of the entire pageant. Points will be deducted if the delegate is caught engaging in these activities.
• Candidate must not have ever been convicted of a crime at any time and shall possess poise, personality, intelligence, and charm.
• Candidate agrees that the Judges will be selected by Miss India Angel! World / Angel! Events directors. They will be eminent, respected members of the Indian, and International Community. THE DECISION OF THE JUDGES, ONCE TABULATED, IS FINAL/ABSOLUTE AND BINDING AND MISS INDIA ANGEL! WORLD BEARS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DECISIONS OF THE JUDGES.
• Miss India Angel! World / Angel! Events directors, officers and sponsors etc are not responsible, accountable or liable in any manner whatsoever for any personal injury in any manner whatsoever to anyone or damages/ compensation etc on account of any event, incident, cancellation/ change in the rules and regulations or change in dates of the events or for any happening of any kind whatsoever, prior to or during or after the event.
• The Winner will forfeit all awards and privileges if she breaks her obligatory contract or does not meet all requirements set forth within this agreement.
• Candidates irrevocably consent and agree to unrestricted use by Miss India Angel! World / Angel! Events/ Angel! Foundation, its authorized representatives, advertisers, successor, sponsors, customers and assigns of the name, picture, voice or photographs etc of the Candidate and/ or with a group for advertising purpose or purposes of promotion, trade, press release or motion picture etc. The candidate waives the right to inspect or approve such competed pictures, advertising, videos used in connection thereof and the decision of Angel! Events shall be final and binding on her.
• If the candidate wins the Miss India Angel! World title, she shall not compete/participate in any other pageant system for 12 months or until the title is relinquished to the new titleholder, unless authorized prior written consent in writing by the CEO of Angel! Events has been taken whose decision shall be final.
• Candidates understand and agree that should she be crowned the pageant winner, she will be required to sign an exclusive one-year contract with Miss India Angel! World. She must be available for any and all personal appearances at all scheduled events throughout her reign. She further understands that the inability to fulfill her contract may result in the forfeiture of her title and all prizes must be returned and she shall be liable for any loss/ damage that be suffered by Miss India Angel! World / Angel! Events. Her successor will take her place for the remainder of the year.
• Miss India Angel! World will be expected to participate in fund raising activities and be a major spokesperson and endeavor to bring awareness with regard to women’s rights and other important issues concerning women, during the year that she is the reigning as Miss India Angel! World.
• All photos submitted and taken during the Pageant shall become the absolute property of The Miss India Angel! World Pageant and may be used in future promotions and marketing events at their sole discretion and shall not be limited to Beauty pageants.
• Good sportsmanship is expected at all times. Disruptive behavior before, during, or after the pageant may result in disqualification, removal from the premises, and imposition of legal charges by Miss India Angel! World / Angel! Events whose decision shall be final.
• Candidate agrees that Miss India Angel! World / Angel! Events has the sole discretion to strip the winner of her title if she violates any terms or spirit of this beauty pageant or any other agreements to which she has fixed her signature.
• The Candidate agrees to abide by all rules and regulations which may be changed from time to time by the organizers and she shall have no objection to the same whatsoever.
• The Candidate shall not give any press interviews or hold a press conference without the prior permission in writing of the CEO, Ms. Angeli Kapoor Puri of Miss India Angel! World / Angel! Events.
• All information furnished by the candidate is to be treated as confidential and is not provided to any other individuals, organizations or entities in any manner whatsoever.
• The Miss India Angel! World / Angel! Events Organizers are not responsible in any manner whatsoever for any delays, disruptions, non-receipt of adequate number of applications or for acts of omission or commission on any account and for any reason whatsoever.
• The Miss India Angel! World / Angel! Events Organizers are not responsible for any direct or consequential loss or any loss whatsoever or any physical injury that may occur to the applicant on account of their participation in the pageant. The applicant will participate at her own absolute risk and liability and shall have no claim whatsoever on any account against Miss India World / Angel! Events Organizers.
• Incorrect information will result in disqualification, whether discovered prior to, during or after the pageant and the Candidate shall be liable to the Miss India Angel! World / Angel! Events Organizers for such misrepresentation.
• Schedule of events qualification rounds are subject to change at the absolute discretion of the Organizers and the Candidate shall raise no objections whatsoever in this regard.
• The Organizers is not responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for non-telecast of the show/non-completion / non- occurrence of the event for any whatsoever.
• All including the foregoing rules are subject to change by Miss India Angel! World. All decisions regarding the eligibility of the delegate and the conduct of the Miss India Angel! World, inter alia, are subject to the ultimate approval of the Miss India Angel! World.
• Candidates must not be rude toward the judges, other participants, and/or pageant coordinators. Any unruly, unbecoming conduct by a contestant, or any disregard for the rules and regulations of this pageant could result in immediate dismissal from further competition without refund. Depending upon the severity of the action or behavior, it could result in a permanent barrier from future competition in the Miss India Angel! World Pageant, to be decided upon by the Organization.
• Candidate hereby waives all her rights to objection against any rule, regulation etc of the organization and agrees to abide by all the pageant rules and regulations. The candidates further waives all her rights to take any kind of legal action against the CEO, Organizers of the Miss India Angel! World pageant/ Angel! Events, be it in an official capacity or in a private capacity regarding the outcome or any difference or dispute that may arise in connection with the Miss India Angel! World Beauty Pageant.
• The title of Miss India Angel! World and the Miss India Angel! World Crown are Trademarks and the property of and belong to Angel! Events. No queen by being crowned acquires any rights to retain the Crown or use the title Miss India Angel! world mark or create any promotional material such as photos, flyers or create websites with the trademarks or videos or any publicity material etc, in any endeavors, public or private, without the written prior permission of the CEO, Ms. Angeli Kapoor Puri of Angel! Events.
• In the event of any dispute, it shall be referred to the sole arbitration of Ms. Angeli Kapoor Puri of Angel! Events whose award in the matter shall be final and binding on the applicant. The venue shall be New Delhi and Indian laws shall be applicable.
• Any dispute or differences arising in relation to or in connection with the pageant shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts at New Delhi. I,______________________, certify that I have read the above official Candidate rules and regulations and agree to abide by them for the upcoming Miss India Angel! World beauty pageant. I further agree to strictly honor the terms and conditions of this agreement and agree to indemnify Miss India Angel! World / Angel! Events / Organizers against any claim/ / damages that may occur as a result of my default or otherwise in any manner whatsoever. I hereby release and discharge Miss India Angel! World / Angel! Events Organizers, its successors and persons, officers, authorized representatives, individuals connected with it from any responsibility, liability or accountability of any kind whatsoever in connection with the Miss India Angel! World beauty pageant. I hereby expressly and unconditionally discharge Miss India Angel! World / Angel! Events Organizers from any responsibility or liability, claims, demands, costs, damages, expenses, loss of service, opportunity or any consequential event, any loss etc arising out of any act or occurrence during or leading up to or subsequent to said pageant. I further agree to indemnify and compensate Miss India Angel! World /Angel! Events Organizers for any claim, loss, expenses damage etc that may be suffered by them as a consequence of any acts of commission or omission committed by me.
